Dr. Stacy Humphreys will be joining Winchester Womens Specialists on August 6, 2018. Dr. Humphreys completed residency at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She is a member of ACOG and the AMA. She is certified in lactation management and also IUD insertions including Nexplanon. Dr. Humphreys received the 2016 Ryan Resident Scholarship and the A. Henry Latorella Genetics Award in 2010. Her hobbies include hiking, exploring new restaurants and painting including metalwork. She is relocating to Winchester with her husband and dog Zoey. Dr. Humphreys will be taking new patients for both gynecologic and obstetric care.
Sarah K. Werner, CNM, MSN
Sarah completed her nursing education at Alderson-Broaddus University in Philippi, WV. She has nursing experience in labor and delivery and PACU. She received her Midwifery Education from Shenandoah University and began practice at Loudoun Community Midwives in 2014 following her preceptorship with their practice.
Her interests include all aspects of midwifery and general gynecology. Sarah is certified in AWHONN electronic fetal monitoring, breastfeeding friendly consortium and circumcisions. She is a Leesburg Today 40 Under 40 Honoree in the Fall of 2015. She was a NCAA Division II Athlete in volleyball and enjoys coaching. She loves volunteering and being a part of the community. She grew up in Northern Virginia and is excited to serve the Northern Shenandoah Valley with exceptional midwifery and gynecologic care.
